COLD. But Nice!!!

Hi there everybody, we are once again having some cold spells here, yesterday was crisp and fresh, not a bit like you would expect here in Florida, but it wakes you up for sure, I love it!!!
There was an annual garage sale in Rick & Chris' neighbourhood, so we all walked around and checked it out (except Mel he was at golf), not very fruitful but interesting! Mel and I played dominoes in the evening, then I went to read my book and Mel watched T.V. This morning was a little chilly but is now warming up, we are going out later to get some studs for Mel's golf shoes.
Are you all are getting ready for Thanksgiving, we don't know what is happening yet, Chris has not decided for us all, he did want us all to go to the Outback, but they are closed on Thanksgiving ( I am sure they want to have the day with their families).
Christmas will be spent here for dinner, Chris, Rick, his mom and his brother Steve and his wife will be over, and we may have our neighbour from across the street(Marie), if she is going to be on her own, so we will have quite a gathering. So if anyone else wants to come for dinner, let us know in good time, I may have to borrow some dinnerware (Ha-Ha).
Aunty Doris called on Fri. night, she has been really sick with bad bronchitus, she is now on the mend but breathing not too good, she was one always to suffer with throat problems when we were growing up.
Nina called us not too long back, she is working at a U.P.S. Store, she does not have a car at the moment hers died on her, she is living in an apartment with two of her friends, rides her bike and the bus!!
