Closing went very well Wednesday. We arrived for 4:00pm as arranged and were on our way by 4:26pm. This house purchase has been a fun whirlwind. Sixteen days from our offer to closing and twenty-six minutes to close. Whewww
We have began the process of ripping out carpet, patching walls here and there, fixing little things and so-on. We figure by the 16th we should be completing in the new house, but there is no rush since we are pre-paid here at the apartment through July 31.
If you expect before-and-after photos, don't hold your breath. I am not a camera person, so if Chris or some other soul does not point and click in time - ....
Well off to the house for more work. We only have a smidgen of what Paul and Cheri have done and I am already worn out! We will keep you all up-to-date.
