Well today, Sunday June 10, we looked at another house. This one in Wedgewood off Michigan Street just west of Conway Road. It's a Cape Cod. It is the right size both house and lawn. There is almost NO back yard which is perfect in my opinion. It's 1525 square feet, which is just about perfect for us. It does need painting both inside and out. I can not live with the brown interior walls and will have to get used to the blue/gray siding and trim on the outside.We did call B and Mel over to have a look see also. They seemed to like it. B and Chris were already redesigning things. I hope they keep that energy going if we do buy it!
Pictures are limited of this one -the Realtor Web Site would not cooperate. We do have some of the back of the house. We plan to make an offer on the property tomorrow. We will keep you all posted.
